Friday to Sunday, free to attend
The annual Redcliff Days are back.
It gets started on Friday with sidewalk sales, a bike rodeo, community-wide garage sale and beer gardens and live music.
Saturday kicks off with a pancake breakfast and also includes a show and shine car show, a book sale, beer gardens and live music, pie throwing contest, fireworks and many other activities.

Break-out comedian Alex Mackenzie is coming to Medicine Hat and performing at the Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre.
Tickets can be purchased at Tixx.ca for $40.

The Medicine Hat Police is hosting its regular general auction sale, popular for the bicycles that are available for bidding on.
It takes place at police headquarters downtown.

A history-inspired equestrian competition gets underway on Saturday.
The event takes place at the Dunmore Equestrian Centre.
Those age 16 and under can enter for free.

Heavy music is taking over the Mainliner Pub this weekend with the Alternative Waves Music Festival hosting its fifth event in Medicine Hat.
