Albertans frustrated over the federal carbon tax flocked to the border as rates increased on April 1.

Mayor Linnsie Clark gave a CHAT News interview for the first time since she was sanctioned on March 21 by her colleagues.

A few days later, Premier Danielle Smith said her government is looking into the municipal code of conduct required by provincial law.

The next council meeting takes place 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Older mailboxes in Medicine Hat, Redcliff and Dunmore have been broken into in recent weeks, with Ross Glen and South Ridge heavily targeted.
