After reading an article about an UCP candidate misinforming carbon tax charges, it has me one more reason not to vote UCP.  I will give any party the opportunity to show me why I should vote for them. I don’t vote for candidates that can’t decide which party they want to be on.  I don’t vote for party that blames others or continual points fingers.

If our mayor would thank both governments in public for all of the new businesses that have come to us in the last 4 years. Also, he can say we are NOT the forgotten corner as he has said numerous times before.

Would love to see more Happy Hatters on here – genuinely happy things – yet even I can’t think of one!

In response to the person on Jan 28 complaining about bylaw not being enforced on unshelled walks and bins not being put away after pick-up… Maybe they are allowing people who work during the day to get home to shovel their walks. Enforce bylaws when seen but be respectful of the circumstances.

So happy my father-in-law has taken time off work to help us with our renovations. Wouldn’t be able to do it without him!

At the d-bag recklessly driving on the highway the other day; weaving in and out of cars and tailgating. I saw him coming up behind me while I was passing someone on the left and I went to move over into the right lane after making my pass yet after putting on my signal light and shoulder checking I started to move and then BAM he was in that lane. Freaked the heck out of me and made me swerve which is so dangerous on the highway! No patience or respect!

Going to be a frigid week next week. This gloom mixed with the freezing temps make winter so hard to deal with.
