The Grand Slam of Curling (GSOC) is coming to Medicine Hat later this year.

The world’s best curlers will take to the ice at Co-op Place for the first time from Nov. 3-8, 2026.

Thirty-two teams of about 150 curlers will compete in the event.

Medicine Hat last hosted the event in 2013 at the old Medicine Hat Arena.

The GSOC Masters will be the group’s second event of the 2026 season.

Announcement on March 10, 2026

Early-bird full-event and weekend passes are now on sale online and at the Co-op Place box office.

Alongside the event, the Medicine Hat Curling Centre will also be hosting the U21 Jr. GSOC from Nov. 5-8, 2026, at the Medicine Hat Curling Centre.

The finals of that event will take place at Co-op Place.

The story is developing and will include additional details when completed.
