Brooks traffic stop leads to drug arrest

A traffic stop conducted by Brooks RCMP early Saturday morning just before 2 a.m. resulted in arrests after drugs where found.

Mounties said they conducted the traffic stop after observing concerning behavior from the driver.

Upon speaking to the driver, the officer noted signs that suggested the presence of drugs in the vehicle.

The driver and the passenger were then arrested and the vehicle was searched.
