The comeback cats did it again!

Trailing 4-1 early in the second period, the Medicine Hat Tigers clawed and fought back to emerge with a thrilling overtime victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

All seven Medicine Hat goals came from seven different goal scorers in an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ comeback win.

Despite never holding the lead until the end of the game, the Medicine Hat Tigers proved their resiliency, overcoming four separate mult-goal deficits.

Tanner Molendyk had his most productive game of the postseason in a four-point effort, including three assists.

Gavin McKenna, Jonas Woo, and Bryce Pickford also recorded multiple points on the night.

Pickford scored the game-tying goal with 70 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.

After being displeased with his performance in Game 1, Bryce Pickford has six points over his last two games and seems to have returned to pre-injury form.

Harrison Meneghin stopped 21 of 27 shots in win, while Hurricanes netminder Jackson Unger made 38 saves in the loss.

Medicine Hat leads the East Final 3-0 and are one win removed from advancing to the WHL Finals for the first time since 2007.

Game 4 goes tomorrow night in Lethbridge, where the Tigers will look to close out the series.

Puck drop goes at 7 p.m. and the pregame show begins at 6:30 p.m. live on WILD 94.5.
