Stampede officials revealed the full artist roster Tuesday alongside the “spirit untamed” theme for this year’s exhibition, which runs from July 23 to 26.

Manitoba country band Doc Walker will perform on the first day of the Stampede, a Wednesday. Tim and the Glory Boys, another country band, will take the stage on Thursday.

The rodeo will take over on Friday night.

Canadian blues-based rock band Wide Mouth Mason will open for the Crash Test Dummies on Saturday, July 26.

Night show package tickets go on sale Thursday at an early bird price of $109. The cost will bump up to $129 on March 14.

A price drop compared to the $199 ticket package price of last year should mean a successful slate of concerts, Stampede General Manager Ron Edwards told reporters.

“We really feel that we’re going to do really good there,” Edwards said.

Edwards said the number of events taking place over 2025 shows the Stampede is thriving.

“Since COVID…it was tough to start coming back but I think (2023) and (2024), we did everything we did in (2019),” he said.

“And this year it’s even bigger for us because we’ve added three more major events to our calendar. And it takes a lot of staff and a lot of volunteers to do that.”

Stampede Princess Charlie Christie carried out a Stampede tradition by showcasing the Stampede’s events throughout the year by flipping poster boards around.

While most of the events have already been announced, the night shows and the summer fair’s theme were not previously made public.

The Stampede’s spring rodeo runs from April 25 to 27. The World Professional Chuckwagon Association returns to Medicine Hat from June 12 to 15.

The Summer Pro Rodeo will take place at the Stampede week on July 24, 25 and 26.

Two events introduced last year are making a return. Cars and Guitars is taking place Aug. 9 and Indian Relay Racing runs from Aug. 23 to 24.
