Two suspects arrested for break and enter in Medicine Hat

In the evening of Feb. 15, Medicine Hat Police Service Patrol Section officers were conducting property checks when they observed two suspicious individuals.

The individuals were seen near a business in the 700 block of 16 Street Southwest.

After a further search of the area, MHPS discovered that a business was insecure.

The two individuals were in possession of stolen property from the business upon further investigation.

Both suspects were arrested for break, enter, and theft.

All stolen property was successfully returned to the business owner.

The first accused, a 43 year old Medicine Hat man, has been charged with break, enter, and theft and is scheduled to appear in court on Mar. 11, 2025.

The second accused, a 29 year old Medicine Hat woman, has also been charged with break and enter and is required to appear in court on the same date.
