Brooks RCMP seize 36,000 contraband cigarettes during traffic stop

Thousands of cigarette cartons have been seized by Brooks RCMP.

On Feb. 13 at 11:30 a.m., RCMP received information that there was a suspicious truck load of cigarettes at a local business.

RCMP intercepted the truck, which contained a shipment of contraband cigarettes, destined for Alberta.
