Recognizing Albertans a highlight of the job for Lt.-Gov. Salma Lakhani
MEDICINE HAT, AB – Alberta’s lieutenant-governor is spending three days in Medicine Hat visiting multiple sites and events to find out who and what makes our community so special and honouring some of those people.
The Honourable Salma Lakhani was at the Wellington Retirement Residence this afternoon for a coronation tea to honour King Charles III and to recognize the long service of several employees at the Wellington.
On Saturday during Art in Motion she’ll preside over the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Distinguished Artists awards ceremony at the Esplanade.
