Bandits heading back to AJHL championship

BLACKFALDS, AB – The Brooks Bandits have punched their ticket to the Alberta Junior Hockey League Final.
The Bandits completed their AJHL South Final sweep of the Blackfalds Bulldogs on Wednesday.
Hunter Wallace scored once in each period and reigning league MVP and scoring champion added the other Bandits’ marker in the 4-2 victory.
The Bandits have played in the championship series eight times since 2012. They didn’t qualify in 2014 and 2018, and there was no series held in 2020 and 2021.
