Bandits can’t complete comeback, semi-finals series tied 2-2

OKOTOKS, AB – The Alberta Junior Hockey League South Division semi-finals series between the Brooks Bandits and Okotoks Oilers is down to a best-of-three.

The Bandits scored the first and last goals of the game but in between the Oilers scored three times to earn the 3-2 victory and even the series at two games apiece.

Caelan Fitzpatrick opened the scoring with his third goal of the series. The Oilers scored three times before the first period was finished and the Bandits were only able to muster one more goal. Heath Armstrong scored his first of the playoffs in the third period.

The series comes back to Brooks for Game 5 on Friday night.
