Alberta finance minister pleased with hydrogen credit details in federal budget

Alberta’s finance minister says the Liberal government’s new budget will saddle Canada with more debt.

Travis Toews says the level of spending will only add to the country’s already worrisome debt levels.

He also says there’s nothing in the budget that will fundamentally improve business investment.

On the plus side, Toews says Alberta is encouraged to see more detail on the previously announced hydrogen investment tax credit.
