MEDICINE HAT, AB – With a provincial election set for the spring Cypress-Medicine Hat MLA Drew Barnes has a lot of thinking to do.
Currently sitting as an Independent, Barnes has decided he won’t run for the United Conservative Party nomination in Cypress-Medicine Hat but other decisions still need to be made.
Barnes joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about the decision not to rejoin the UCP, what he’s hearing from his constituents and what the future of politics in Alberta could look like.
