Sale of Aurora Sun terminated

MEDICINE HAT, AB — A conditional sale of the vacant Aurora Sun facility in Box Springs Business Park has been terminated by the company.

Aurora Cannabis made the disclosure as part of its fourth quarter and year-end financial statements.

The company had confirmed a share purchase agreement to sell Aurora Sun last May, but did not disclose the potential buyer.

Aurora says it continues to actively pursue alternative use for the facility.
