VIDEO: Cypress County fire ban in effect

CYPRESS COUNTY, AB – Earlier this week, Cypress County emergency services issued a fire ban due to the severely hot and dry conditions experienced this summer.

During this time, the County is looking to educate those who may or may not know what is prohibited during the ban.

CHAT News spoke with Jason Linton, Cypress County emergency services coordinator, about the fire ban and if there are potential hot spots.
