Noon Interview: Drew Barnes Aug. 8

MEDICINE HAT, AB – This year marks a decade since Drew Barnes was first elected to the Alberta legislature.

Barnes first represented Cypress-Medicine Hat as a member of the Wildrose Party, then the United Conservative Party following the merger of the Wildrose and PC Party in 2017 and as an Independent MLA since 2021.

Barnes joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about his status as an Independent MLA, size up the UCP leadership race so far and demanding value for Albertans’ hard-earned tax dollars.
