Cancarb scores high on responsibility and sustainability

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat’s Cancarb is receiving high praise for its responsibility and sustainability.
The company received an EcoVadis Platinum level rating, the highest possible EcoVadis recognition score. A Platinum score indicates that Cancarb is in the top one per cent of their industry as a responsible and sustainable carbon black producer.
“This jump from a gold to platinum level rating confirms our commitment to the environment, and to our customers, employees, and community, as we continue to prove we are a leader in corporate social responsibility and environmental responsibility,” said president Peter Donnelly in a release. “Cancarb is and will continue to be a sustainable and responsible organization for years to come.”
