Swift Current auto group buys Jackson Dodge

MEDICINE HAT, AB – One of Medicine Hat’s auto dealerships has a new owner and will soon have a new name.

Jackson Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep has been purchased by Plewis Automotive Group. As of March 29 the dealership’s name will be Standard Medicine Hat Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Standard Jeep Ram for short.

Plewis Automotive Group currently owns Standard Motors, Standard Dodge and Standard Nissan in Swift Current as well as Standard Chevrolet Buick GMC Shaunavon.

“This is a very exciting announcement for us as we are expanding our footprint and investment into Alberta,” says Ryan Plewis, partner. “As a family-owned venture, we look forward to working with the great staff already at the store and building relationships through our philosophy of community involvement in Medicine Hat and area as well.”

Plewis Automotive Group Inc. is owned and operated by brothers, Ryan and Mark Plewis.
