Swift Current RCMP looking for missing woman

SWIFT CURRENT, SK- Police in Swift Current are trying to locate a missing woman after she went missing following a single-vehicle car crash.

The crash occurred Saturday Sept 12, at approximately 8 :20 p.m. along Grid Road 738 which is seven miles west of Cabri SK and 5 miles south of Shackleton.

Police say the woman, 41- year-old Rebecca Lewans from Shaunavon SK may be confused and there is heightened concern for her well-being.

Lewans is described as caucasian, medium build, 5’8, and approximately 140 lbs. She has green eyes and blonde hair. Police do not believe she is wearing shoes or a jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1 or the Saskatchewan RCMP at 306-310-RCMP.
