Taber police confirm Friday Highway 3 crash was fatal

TABER, AB. — Taber RCMP say a 19 year old woman from Nobleford died when her car collided head on with another vehicle Friday morning on Highway 3.
The 17 year old male driver of the other vehicle suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations continue but speed and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the collision.
The crash happened at about 6:50 a.m. on July 17th, on a single lane portion of Highway 3 just east of Taber.
