Police Point Park hosting rock-painting event for Canada Day

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Canada Day in Medicine Hat won’t be the same as in past years, but there will be some patriotic painting in Police Point Park.

A pollinator-themed rock-painting event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This event is open to rock painters of all ages and abilities and participants can learn about pollinators in the local ecosystem.

Anyone interested can pick a 50-minute time slot from the park’s Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page or call 403-529-6225.

Space is limited. Pre-booking is advised but walkups will be allowed if space is available.
