Prize claim period extended for winning Western Canada Lottery Corporation tickets

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Western Canadian Lottery Corporation doesn’t want the COVID-19 pandemic to cause you to miss out on a windfall of cash.

The WCLC has announced an extension on claiming prizes for tickets that would have expired between March 17 and Sept. 17 of this year.

The extension applies to all lottery games conducted by the WCLC, including:

• Draw-based games: Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, Daily Grand, Western Max, Western 649, Extra, Pick 2/3/4/, Poker Lotto and All-in and Keno;
• Sport Select games: Proline, Point Spread, Over/Under Pools, and Props;
• Zing instant scratch tickets.
