Medicine Hat Cubs blank Coaldale Copperheads in blowout win during pre-season rematch

The Medicine Hat Cubs had a massive 10-0 win over the Coaldale Copperheads in a pre-season game at the Kinplex on Sunday.

It came a day after a close 6-5 loss in Coaldale on Saturday against the Copperheads to open the pre-season.

Nine different Cubs scored in Sunday’s blowout win, with Nolen Sutherland the only player to net a pair.

Lucas Dulle had a three-point night, with a goal and two assists. Also scoring for the Cubs were Logan Neuls, Ethan Hall, Jaxon Bohrn, Reeve Zacharias, Brennan Finke, Colby Gulliver, and Wryder Soveran-Welte. Cameron Slater and Jacob Hazzard each picked up a pair of assists.
