Charter renewed for CAPE School

MEDICINE HAT, AB – CAPE School has been granted a 15-year charter by the province.

Last fall the school applied for renewal of its charter status. Education Minister Adrianna LaGrange granted the 15-year renewal in a letter dated Feb. 10. The renewal takes effect on Sept. 1 and runs until August 31, 2036.

In a release, CAPE says it will continue to report to the Minister and all stakeholders through Annual Education Results Reports and continue its three-year plans as required.

We will continue to work with our education managers as we strive to provide excellent programming for our students, reads the release.

It is because of the amazing work of the CAPE administration, staff, board of directors, parents, and all our stakeholders that we were able to achieve this. So, thank you, everyone.
