Video: “Whimsical” resort coming to Crowsnest Pass

LETHBRIDGE, AB– Charmed Playhouses in Lethbridge have unveiled their latest design.

Coming to the Crowsnest Pass will be a charming resort getaway as part of their resort series. What started as a small project for the kids has turned into something much more.

President and Founder, Tyson Leavitt and his Wife Audy have taken Charmed to appear on shows like Dragons’ Den, they’ve also had their own show called Playhouse Masters where they’ve built the houses for celebrities like NBA player Stephen Curry and Singer-songwriter Kevin Jonas.

Currently, one resort has already been placed near the mountains with one still under construction.

Normally, the extravagant playhouses are affordable by very few, Leavitt says they wanted to make these resorts an affordable destination.

“This was a way for us to be able to reach out to the masses so that people can come and experience what we create and really enjoy the artistry of it for themselves.”

The already-open “Midsummer cottage” features inside plumbing, heating, an outdoor hot tub, and basically anything you need to have a glamorous camping experience.

The one currently in development “Rapunzel’s cottage” is bookable and will be sent to the Crowsnest Pass soon.
