Phillips lists at 6’6″, 234 lbs and was a third-round draft pick of the Calgary Flames in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.

The product of Wayzata, MN, USA played for the USHL’s Green Bay Gamblers last season, tallying 11 points over 44 games.
