Mar 10, 2026 | 9:49 PM

Carter Casey turned aside all 16 shots he faced for his second career WHL shutout as the Medicine Hat Tigers shut out the Regina Pats 6-0.

Offensively, Markus Ruck added four assists while his twin brother, Liam Ruck, added three points, including two goals, in the win.

Carter Cunningham found the back of the net twice while Noah Davidson and Jonas Woo added singles for the Tigers.

Woo found the back of the net 19 seconds in, and the Tigers never looked back as they secured a sweep of the season series with the Regina Pats.

Woo’s goal tied a single-season Tigers franchise record for points in a single season by a defenseman with 82, tying Cliff Lane, who set the record during the 1975-76 season.

Taylor Tabashniuk turned aside 37 of 43 shots faced in the loss for Regina.

The Tigers now begin a home-and-home with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, beginning Friday in Lethbridge.
