Yaroslav Bryzgalov recorded his second career three-point night while Gavin Kor scored his first in the Western Hockey League, lifting the Medicine Hat Tigers to a 3-2 come-from-behind victory over the Spokane Chiefs.

Spokane opened the scoring three minutes in with Cohen Harris sniping home his first of the season.

The Chiefs would stretch their lead to a pair early in the second frame when Elias Pul put home his first WHL goal on a breakaway.

Medicine Hat would respond three minutes later with Kyle Heger matching Pul with his first in the Western League to shrink the Tiger deficit to a goal.

Late in the second, Bryzgalov would draw the game back level with a shot from the right circle for his third goal of the season.

Near the midway mark of the third, Gavin Kor would put home a rebound for his first in the WHL and to give the Tigers their first lead of the night.

The Tigers would not relinquish the lead and hold off a late Spokane power play opportunity to secure the 3-2 win in a rematch of the 2025 WHL Finals.

Jordan Switzer stopped 27 of 29 in the win, while Carter Esler stopped 40 of 43 in the loss.

Medicine Hat now begins a stretch that will see them play 14 of their next 18 games on the road, starting with a six-game B.C. division road trip that gets underway this Saturday against the Victoria Royals.
