Hat High on COVID-19 outbreak status; another case at Dr. Roy Wilson Learning Centre
MEDICINE HAT, AB – A second case of COVID-19 at Medicine Hat High School this week has moved the school on outbreak status as defined by Alberta Health Services.
A COVID-19 outbreak within a school setting is defined by AHS as “two or more confirmed cases occur in a school within a 14 day period.”
Hat High announced a case of COVID-19 in the school on Nov. 11.
A positive case of the virus has also been identified Friday at Dr. Roy Wilson Learning Centre.
