Bryzgalov nets pair as Tigers defeat Oil Kings 5-2

The Medicine Hat Tigers bounced back from last night’s loss to Red Deer with a 5-2 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings to split their two-game road trip.

Yaroslav Bryzgalov found the back of the net twice, including a powerplay tally en route to being named the games first star.

Mace’o Phillips and Brayden Holberton each scored their first as a Tiger while Tyson Moss added his second of the season.

Cash Christie picked up his first start and win of the season, stopping 24 Edmonton shots.
