Students reminded to mind their mental health upon return to school
Stigma-Free Mental Health Society is asking students to be mindful of their mental health as classes return.
The organization recently launched its Young Minds Matter 2026: Rural Classroom Conversations campaign, which hopes to impact 10,000 students by year’s end.
Officials say they’ve already reached close to 6,500 and are putting a large focus on rural areas.
“Every student, regardless of where they live, deserves access to preventative mental health education and support,” says Andrea Paquette, CEO.
