New high temperatures for May 28
Daily weather records set in southern Alberta on Thursday

Environment Canada shows that two southern Alberta locations had daily weather records on Thursday, May 28.
The One Four Area in southeast Alberta reached a high of 34 C, narrowly beating a 90-year-old record of 33.9 C set in 1936.
Milk River saw a new record high of 30.9 C, warmer than the 2018 mark of 29.7 C.
These were the only Alberta locations to set records, but several records fell across the prairies. In Manitoba, 24 locations reached new highs. In Saskatchewan, 23 new records were set.
