Medicine Hat man arrested after break-in at a business compound

A Medicine Hat man was arrested after a break-in at a business compound.

Medicine Hat Police Service patrol members noticed damage to a gate of a secured compound on Saturday morning in the 1000 block of South Railway Street Southeast.

Officers investigated and determined the compound had been breached, and a vehicle belonging to the business was taken.

The vehicle was located by police later that morning.

As a result of the investigation, 44-year-old Paul Dubois was arrested and charged with break and enter and theft, possession of stolen property, and possession of break-in instruments.
