Medicine Hat College students place second at NAIT Case Competition
Four Business Administration students, Kyler Brost, Nicholas Cummings, Rajveer Kaur and Mishele Romanuck from Medicine Hat College have placed second at a provincial business case competition held in Edmonton last month.
The students represented the college at the Winter City Case Competition hosted by the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) from Feb. 17 to 19.
The team competed against students from colleges and universities across Alberta, completing a 12-hour challenge focused on developing a business solution for an energy bar company, Seven Summit Snacks.
Participants were asked to determine whether the company should expand its manufacturing, with the Medicine Hat College team proposing a marketing repositioning to reach a broader audience and presenting a marketing plan to judges.
