The building that was home to Riverside School in Medicine Hat could be demolished if approved by the City’s Municipal Planning Commission.

The meeting will be held on Nov. 12 at 1:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, where the public is welcome to attend.

An application by Prime Builders Ltd. seeks the demolition of the two-story building located at 201 Second St. NW.

A planning and engineering review will be completed by the City’s Planning and Development Services, and will provide a recommendation regarding the application during the meeting.
