ALERT investigates suspected drug production in Medicine Hat

A search warrant was underway Thursday afternoon at a home in Medicine Hat as part of an ALERT investigation into suspected drug production.

ALERT organized crime unit, along with the RCMP’s Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement Response Team, began the process of searching the home with the execution of a search warrant on Oct. 9, 2025.

The home is located on 12 Street Northwest.

There is no perceived risk to the public, but people are asked to avoid the area.
