The Medicine Hat Tigers made a pair of trades Monday morning, acquiring 19-year-old forward Cameron Parr from the Spokane Chiefs in exchange for a 2027 8th-round pick, and are sending 2007-born goaltender Cruz Chase to the Portland Winterhawks in exchange for a 2026 8th-round pick.

Parr totalled 12 points over 59 regular-season games last year for the Chiefs, while adding five points over Spokane’s 20-game run to the WHL Championship Series.

Parr was held pointless against Medicine Hat in all five postseason meetings.

So far over his WHL career, Parr has appeared in 166 regular-season games, while providing nine goals for 31 points, and totalling 241 PIMS.
