Minor injuries after single vehicle rollover in Brooks

RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover near the Medicine Hat College campus in Brooks on Monday afternoon at 4:42 p.m.

Mounties said video footage showed the vehicle entering a corner at a high rate of speed, jumping the curb, striking a light pole, and rolling over.

Police said the driver of the vehicle, mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake pedal.

All three occupants of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and were transported to Brooks Hospital for treatment.
