Ambulance in Alberta crash was not heading to call with lights and siren: RCMP

RCMP say they were wrong in reporting an ambulance that crashed with an SUV near Edmonton was responding to a call.
They say the ambulance was not heading to a call at the time.
They also say the ambulance did not have on its lights and siren.
Five people went to hospital after the crash on Monday south of Stony Plain.
