Nighttime snow removal operations return in Medicine Hat

The City of Medicine Hat said that crews will be performing nighttime snow removal operations beginning Monday.

It anticipates the nightly work lasting the whole four-day week, weather permitting.

Crews will be working in Crescent Heights. The roads include, but aren’t limited to 20th Street Northeast, 12th Street Northeast, 12 Street Northwest, Eighth Street Northeast and Division Avenue North.

If required, crews may continue nighttime snow removal in other areas of the city the following week.

The city said that snow removal operations require no on-street parking. This allows crews to remove snow from city roads efficiently and effectively.
