Advance voting underway for Lethbridge-West by-election

Residents of Lethbridge-West are choosing their next MLA.

The by-election pits the United Conservative Party’s John Middleton-Hope against the Alberta NDP’s Rob Miyashiro and the Alberta Party’s Layton Veverka.

Advance voting runs until Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.

The general by-election day is Wednesday, October 18 and votes can be cast between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Residents will need to go to their assigned polling station, which you can find here.

There are 36,560 electors in Lethbridge-West.

The percentage of voter turnout in the 2023 provincial general election for Lethbridge-West was 61.5 per cent in comparison to the provincial voter turnout of 60.5 per cent.
