Medicine Hat doctor found not guilty of sexual assault

A Medicine Hat physician has been cleared of a charge of sexual assault.
Dr. Arnold N. Nzale Nzali was originally charged in October of 2019 but it took nearly four years for the matter to be resolved in the courts.
Justice Gordon Keith Krinke acquitted Nzali of the charge following an appearance on June 2, 2023.
There was a publication ban preventing any information that would identify the accuser.
