MEDICINE HAT, AB – Two terms on city council gave Phil Turnbull a level of insight and a point of view on the workings of City Hall that not many have.

Turnbull served on Medicine Hat council from 2009-2013 and from 2017-2021 and as with any elected official he and his fellow council members heard a lot from citizens, some good and some bad.

Turnbull joined Brian Konrad on CHAT News at Noon to talk about a petition started last week about council, his thoughts on the current council, and the city’s energy division and rising utility rates.
