‘Destruction operation’ planned at CFB Suffield this week

CFB SUFFIELD, AB – Officials at CFB Suffield say a “destruction operation” that was planned for last week is now set to take place on Wednesday.

The Defence Research and Development Canada Detachment Suffield will conduct the operation from 10 a.m. to about noon on May 3.

CFB Suffield says adverse sound effects may be heard at the base, Highway 884, Ralston and in Suffield and all safety standards will be followed.
