Why aren’t we building better communication and not higher walls with razors. Hire the right person for the community position, proven skills and proven fundraising abilities. Set the task deadline and the line to be reached and achieved.

Greedy landlords. High $800/month rent for a basement suite, moaning about space heaters. Too bad, I like to be toasty not frosty. You should be grateful for a good tenant. I cut the grass, clean windows keep stairs clean every week and shovel snow.

Disappointed that a local not for profit did not even do a fair search for an ED and just promoted the staff member who created the chaos in the first place. Donors, volunteers and competent staff members leave and the clients pay the ultimate price but clearly that is not what is important to the board!

Happy to know if any land lord that has umpteen rentals if he is willing to sell his holdings to a person below market value? Did you not buy them cheaper as a rental in mind? When you were an agent in real estate. Have you not tried to kick out a renter during the last 2 years not paying rent?
