Heavy snow lands in Medicine Hat

MEDICINE HAT, AB– A big dump of snow has made its’ way to the city.

Yesterday Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for the city. That warning remains in effect today. The national weather service says 10 cm is expected to fall in regions near the U.S border while areas further north will see around 5 cm or less.

The snow is expected to ease by Monday. Environment Canada is advising motorists to adjust their driving behavior with the changing road conditions.

The Medicine Hat Police Service says no accidents have been reported as of this morning.
