Para-nordic skiing try-it event in Elkwater

ELKWATER, AB – Medicine Hat Adaptive Sport &Recreation wants to see you in Elkwater next weekend for cross-country skiing.
The group is hosting a free para-nordic try-it day on Feb. 5 at the Cypress Hills Learning Centre. A kids session will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. and an adults session will run from 2:30-4 p.m.
Nordiq Alberta will bring sit skis for people to try and the centre will provide skis standing skiers.
Athletes need to be masked until they are in their skis. Volunteers and spectators can only un-mask if physically distanced from others.
