COVID-19 Update : 750 new cases confirmed province-wide

EDMONTON,AB- There are 750 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed across the province today, bringing the total number of active cases to 12,234,

The province also confirmed 19 additional deaths. In total 1,436 people have died from COVID-19 in Alberta.

There are 738 people in hospital and 123 individuals in ICU.

11,488 tests were completed over a 24 hour period. The provincial positivity rate stands at 6.5 per cent.
