COVID-19 update: 900 new cases confirmed Saturday

EDMONTON AB – There are an estimated 900 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed across the province for Saturday.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw, the province’s chief medical officer of health provided the updated numbers on Twitter.

12,700 lab tests were completed.

The positivity rate stands at seven per cent.

Hospitalizations and ICU admissions remain stable, according to Hinshaw.
